Senior living runs on two CRMs: ALINE and WelcomeHome. Both have APIs that are technically open and practically painful. We built and maintain native connectors to both, so the data your sales team enters, tours scheduled, deposits placed, move-ins, flows into our attribution layer automatically. Same fields. Same names. Same source of truth.

03. ClearMove
Coming 2026: ClearMove.
ClearMove is the next layer. It takes the journey data LeadCentre captures and the move-in outcomes the CRM connectors deliver, and connects them into a single view: which campaigns produced which move-ins, with the journey in between fully visible. Not a forecasting tool, not a dashboard for the sake of a dashboard, an answer to the question every executive director asks.
We are building it from the operating side, not the pitch side. It is in beta with two communities right now, and it will be generally available later in 2026.

How we got here
Built from operating, not pitching.
We kept hitting the same wall. We would launch a campaign for a senior living client, generate leads, watch them disappear into the CRM, and have no way to prove the campaign actually drove move-ins six months later. Every agency we knew was guessing. Every attribution tool we tried broke at the offline handoff. So we built LeadCentre, then the ALINE and WelcomeHome connectors, then started designing ClearMove. We did not set out to be a software company. We set out to do our actual job, which is helping senior living communities grow, and we built the tools because the off-the-shelf options did not work. The result is a platform our clients use every day, because we use it every day.
